1.Në njësinë e kujdesit shëndetësor parandalues të fëmijëve parashkollorë dhe të shkollave, vaksinimi i rregullt bëhet sipas kalendarit të imunizimit dhe kontrollime sistematike, jepen vërtetime mjekësore për regjistrimin në institucionet parashkollore dhe shkollore, edukimi shëndetësor kryhet sipas moshës së fëmijës.

2.Njësia preventive për mbrojtjen e shëndetit dentar për fëmijët dhe të rinjtë përfshin përkushtim të plotë stomatologjik ( demostrim për higjienë të duhur gojore ) dhe mbushjen preventive të moleve të para të përhershme

3.Shërbimi Patronazhi polivalent është njësi në vete
Patronazhi polivalent është repart më vete , personeli I të cilit është në gjendje për ofrimin e shërbimimeve preventive tek familjet, si dhe zgjidhjen e të gjitha problemeve kryesore sociale – mjekësore të cilat paraqiten në familje.Në RPP punojnë infermiere dhe akushere .Ifermieret qëndrojnë në hapësirat e poliklinikës Jane Sandanski dhe Pol.Draçevë .
Çdo ditë punë prej ora 07:30 – 09:30h, janë në dispozicion telefonatat për kontakte dhe marrëveshje , këshilla, planifikojnë vizita ditore me familjet dhe kontaktojnë me institucionet tjera.
Puna në teren- vizita tek familjet ku si prioritet vizitohen të sapolindurit , lehonat grate shtatëzëne , foshnjet , fëmijët e vegjël , njerëz mbi 65 vjeç. Posaçërisht ata përcjellin grupe të cënueshme , fëmijë me nevoja të veçanta e të tjera. Së bashku me punën në shërbimin shëndetësor të familjes është e organizuar puna edukative të komunitetit, bashkëpunim me Qendrat për Mirëqenie Sociale dhe Kryqit të Kuq.
Mjeku rural është një projekt i paraqitur në vitin 2014 dhe ofron shërbime shëndetësore në zonat rurale të Komunës së Çairit, Shuto Orizari, Butel dhe Çucer Sandevë.
5.Logoped në polikliniën Çair ka dy here në javë ( e hënë dhe e enjte 8:00-15:00h)
6.Qendra për depresion (çdo të marte 15:00-20:00h)
7.Qendra për diabet (çdo të marte dhe të premte 8:00-15:00h)
Shërbimi Konsultativ Specialist përbëhet nga këto specialitete :
a) dematovenerologjisë
b) neurologjisë
c) psikiatrisë
d) internos
e) kabinet gastroskopi (çdo të hënë dhe të enjte)
f) cabinet për terapi fizikale
i) rengen (pajisjet më të fundit të vendosura në funksion janë magnet dhe mamuth)
k) laboratori biokimik
l) Farmacia e insulinës
Në kuadër të NJB në Çair funksionojnë edhe njësi shëndetësore private edhe atë:
